We now have a list server expressly for the discussion of all things Altia! Support issues, product improvement suggestions, cool uses ... discuss anything your heart desires with other Altia users (and the engineers here will be lurking, too).

The list is anonymous, so if you ever want a private response, you will have to include your email address in the body of your message. By default, all responses to messages on the list server are sent to all list recipients.

To SUBSCRIBE:

Send an e-mail to listserv@altia.com.
In the subject, type:

subscribe discuss <your_email>
(For example: subscribe discuss me@myemail.address)

Once you are subscribed (this may take 1-2 business days), you will receive a confirming email and you may then send a message to the list by sending email to discuss@altia.com.

Please do not ever send subscribe/unsubscribe requests to the actual discussion list (discuss@altia.com)!

To UNSUBSCRIBE:

Send an e-mail to listserv@altia.com.
In the subject, type:

unsubscribe discuss <your_email>
(For example: unsubscribe discuss me@mydomain.com)

You will be unsubscribed in 1-2 business days and you will receive a confirming email that you are no longer on the list. Please do not ever send subscribe/unsubscribe requests to the actual discussion list (discuss@altia.com)!
