Altia CEO, Mike Juran, was interviewed by The Colorado Springs Gazette recently. He discussed Altia’s position in the automotive industry as well as important opportunities for displays in other booming technologies areas — home appliances, medical devices, wearable technologies, industrial controls and beyond.

Mike also talked about the need to grow the company to meet this market demand for Altia’s user interface development software. His vision for Altia includes a plan to employ over 1,000 at Altia’s Colorado Springs headquarters within five to 10 years.

“We can keep growing at this pace for a while because demand is so high for our products,” Juran said. “We plan to grow our staff aggressively, mostly in engineering areas like software development, quality assurance and testing, doubling the work force within three to five years.”
