Automotive World 2020 — coming to Tokyo Big Sight, Japan — is a combination of exhibitions and conferences covering important topics in the automotive industry; Altia will be there! From January 15-17, Altia HMI experts will exhibit and present at CAR-ELE Japan, the 12th International Automotive Electronics Technology Expo. As one of six parallel conferences happening as part of Automotive World 2020, CAR-ELE Japan will welcome Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers from all over the world, including Toyota, Volkswagen, Ford, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, GM, Hyundai, Mercedes Benz, Bosch, Denso, Continental and more.

As leaders in automotive cockpit HMI software and solutions, Altia looks forward to presenting our latest innovations for integrated cockpit, 3D, functional safety and augmented reality. Visitors to CAR-ELE are invited to meet the Altia team at Booth A21-20.


There we will showcase Altia software in action on automotive-grade hardware from key embedded ecosystem partners like Cypress, NXP, Renesas and Qualcomm on multiple operating systems including Linux, QNX and Green Hills. Our HMI experts will demonstrate Altia’s end-to-end digital HMI software as well as discuss how Altia’s Professional Engineering Services Team can support all phases of HMI development for production programs.

Altia Japan Field Application Engineer, Kazu Matsui, will also present “Integrated Cockpit HMI with Multiple Inter-Operating Systems” on Wednesday, January 15 from 13:40-14:40 in Aomi Hall. He will discuss the benefits of integrated cockpit system architectures combining cluster, HUD, infotainment and beyond.
